Chef Joel Wingate began working with Holloway Restaurant Group in 2016. Joel combines his love for cooking and his passion for serving in every dish he creates. He takes pride in creating dishes that are both a feast for the eyes and the palate.

Chef Jeffrey Holloway is the driving force behind the culinary team at Holloway Restaurant Group. Jeffrey oversees menu development for Cafe 501, Boulevard Steakhouse, Holloway Catering, and Sparrow Modern Italian. Jeffrey’s love of food and hospitality runs deep - he has worked in the family owned restaurants since he was a young man.
